Yesterday the local Endurance Club held it’s annual race. The horses took off at 5am and raced throughout the morning and into the early afternoon in temperatures about 30oC!! Some went 12 miles, some went 22 miles, some went 35 miles, and some even went 50 miles. You can see by some of the outfits that both horses and riders wear, that they do everthing they can to keep cool. Makes me want to get back into the horse scene even more!!!
